Our offices are based in Burlington, Vt where we enjoy our summers on Lake Champlain (birthplace of Ben & Jerry's ice cream), and winters in the snow covered Green Mountains. Orders and customer service hours of operation are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Mon. thru Friday EST. You may be surprised however, that a return call, an answered call, or an e-mail could happen at anytime. We try to provide customer service as much as possible.
