Returns within the US 48
We ask that all returns or exchanges are requested within 10 days of delivery, and that the order is at our warehouse within 20 days.
Sale items that are marked "not subject to free returns" can still be returned for a $7.50 label fee.
Special orders are not subject to free returns.
Items marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn outside, smell of smoke, or are covered in pet hair. Please be sure your items are in brand new condition when you send them back to us.
Return labels will be sent via email from UPS.com and not from WinterFootwear.com. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox! Labels are accessable for 10 days, so please print them as soon as possible.
