Return / Exchange Please use the form below to initiate a return or exchange. Free UPS return labels are available for orders within the US 48 only. International orders, Canadian orders and Alaska/Hawaii orders are unfortunately not subject to free return shipping. In keeping with the holiday spirit, we are extending our return request deadline. All orders placed after Thanksgiving and which are subject to free return shipping may request a free return label through December 31st. Orders delivered after December 21st are still subject to our usual ten day window from the delivery date to request a free return label. Requests made within ten days of delivery on regular priced merchandise qualify for free return shipping. If you'd like to return sale merchandise (these items are listed as "not subject to free return shipping" in their listings)or are beyond the 10 day window for a free return, we are still happy to send a return label for a $7.50 fee. Securely wrap your order in its original packaging and drop the box at your nearest UPS center.You may also hand the box to any UPS driver. The return label will be sent to the e-mail address on the original order unless you specifically request that it is sent to another e-mail address. To receive a refund, returns must be received in our warehouse within 20 days of delivery. A UPS return label will arrive via an e-mail from UPS.COM the same or next day that you make the request. Labels for return requests made over the weekend will arrive via e-mail on Monday. |
