Free returns and exchanges are available if requested within ten days of delivery. Free Return Shipping does not apply to orders outside the US 48 or items marked “not subject to free return shipping.”
Returns within the US 48
A Free UPS return shipping label is available for eligible orders within the US 48. If your order is not eligible for free return shipping, but is within the UPS delivery area, we can still provide you with a return shipping label for a $7.50 fee. The UPS return label will arrive via an e-mail from ups.com the day (or following day) we receive your request. Return label requests made over the weekend will arrive on Monday.
