Winterfootwear.com Returns and Exchange Information If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, we will be happy to help you. All returns must be in brand new, unused condition. Return shipping within the US 48 is free within 10 days of delivery. Some clearance items are clearly marked "not subject to free return shipping" but we are still happy to send a label to you for a fee of $7.50. Follow these simple steps: To Exchange an Item: Please use our returns and exchanges form to request a return label. Please indicate the reason for exchange and let us know which model and size you'd like to receive in return. Your exchange label will arrive by next business day if not the same day you request it, or on Monday, if the request is made over the weekend. (Remember that the label will arrive from ups.com and not from winterfootwear.com.) Simply print the label and use clear tape to adhere the label to your return box. Securely wrap your order in its original packaging and drop the box at your nearest UPS center. You may also hand the box to any UPS driver. As soon as we inventory the boots into stock, we will ship the exchange back to you. In our busy season (Thanksgiving through Valentine’s Day), some models/sizes may sell out. To ensure availability, you may wish to place another online order for the “exchange” boot so that we may ship them to you immediately. Your original order will be credited when it is received in our warehouse. Please note in your comments that you have already placed an order for the boots you'd like. To Return an Item for Credit: Please use our returns and exchanges form to request a return label. Please indicate the reason for return. We track return information so that we can adjust fit recommendations if necessary. Your return label will arrive by next business day if not the same day you request it, or on Monday if the request is made over the weekend. Boots must be received in brand new unworn condition in the original packaging within 20 days of delivery. Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. Credits are processed within two weeks of return delivery, but please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Only winterfootwear.com credit will be issued for returns received after the return deadline. A Note About Fit Boots from the Extreme series (-148 F../-100 C.) have a very thick liner and will feel tight initially. Although the boot may feel snug at first, it will most likely conform to a perfect fit once the initial break-in period is complete. We suggest wearing them around your home for at least one hour before you decide on the fit. Baffin runs true to size; 95% of customers find that they wear their true size in our boots.
