Shipping Policy Shipments within the US 48 All shipments in the continental United States are delivered by standard UPS ground, Free of Charge. Winterfootwear.com makes every effort to ship all orders within one business day. We strive to have all orders to our customers within one week of order receipt, if not sooner. You will be notified via e-mail if the item is out of stock and given an estimated shipping date. To track your order, go to the UPS web site and enter your tracking number. Expedited shipping is available only within the US 48. Orders must be placed by noon EST to receive same day shipment. Holidays and weekends do not count as transit days. There is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Overnight shipment is priced at $50.00 flat rate, 2nd Day Air is priced at $20.00 flat rate and 3 Day Select is priced at $15.00 flat rate. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via US Priority Mail for a standard fee of $20.00 for the first pair and $5.00 for each additional pair. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer. Shipments to Canada All Canadian shipments are sent via US Priority Mail or UPS for a shipping rate of $20.00 for the first pair and $10.00 for each additional pair. Shipping time is estimated at five to fourteen business days. Any import duties, taxes, or return freight, if needed, are the responsibility of the customer. International Shipments We ship just about everywhere! All international shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping varies depending upon specific country and time of year but usually ranges between five to fourteen business days. For most international orders, a standard shipping rate of $50.00 USD per order applies with an additional $10.00 USD for each additional pair. Due to the increasing cost of USPS global shipments, multi-boot orders and those to certain remote countries may require additional freight charges. Customer service will contact you prior to shipment to discuss any upgraded fees. Any import duties, taxes or return freight, if needed, are the responsibility of the customer. In rare cases Priority Mail delivery may take up to six weeks; Winterfootwear.com cannot issue refunds due to extended delivery time. Unclaimed international packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping to Russia and neighboring countries is difficult at this time. Please contact us for further information if you'd like to arrange shipment at that location. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship APO orders at this time.
